Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market forecasts and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI ethics, sustainable computing, and human-centric design principles
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum, AR/VR, and neurotech domains
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-computer interaction
- Strong analytical skills with experience in horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
