Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for carbon-negative data centers and biometric authentication systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive analytics into customer experience platforms
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members
- Mentor emerging technologists in future-focused development methodologies
- Monitor emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, photonic computing) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain 3.0
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Technology Architecture or Strategic Innovation Management
