Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, Web3 ecosystems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for early-stage innovation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or blockchain technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with global impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
