Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through competitive benchmarking and patent strategy
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ vision
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
