Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with enterprise potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging tech ROI
- Mentor a team of 10+ innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven technology investment proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least three enterprise-grade future-tech solutions
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and blockchain ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent innovation framework
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java preferred)
