Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for 5+ year strategic horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
