Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Establish innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with academia and startups
- Present technology forecasts to investors and executive leadership
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental technology pilots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
