Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum applications and neuromorphic computing
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies and assess commercial viability
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Forge partnerships with academic research labs and Silicon Valley innovators
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable systems)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
