- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for R&D initiatives
- Partner with product teams to align future tech with user needs
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term planning
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Certification in emerging technologies (preferred)
