Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including decentralized networks and bio-digital interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, ambient AI, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and biometric data applications
- Drive sustainability initiatives through circular tech design and carbon-neutral infrastructure planning
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Represent the company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of deploying futuristic technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
- Strong background in sustainability tech and circular economy principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing virtual R&D ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in at least one future technology domain
