Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for scalable sustainable technology systems
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology strategy to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in future-tech methodologies
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level AI/quantum solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from federal/VC sources
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
