Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry projections and market demands
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate breakthrough innovations into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Define KPIs for technology innovation success and track progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, sustainable tech)
