Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational growth

- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (Web4, bio-integrated systems, decentralized networks)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for futuristic projects with ROI modeling
- Drive ethical AI implementation and sustainable technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and blockchain ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management (e.g., TOGAF)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
