Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and assess market viability for 2026+ adoption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into existing portfolios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions for cutting-edge insights
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory factors impacting global tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving successful strategic pivots
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience in scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making
