- Collaborate with venture partners to identify acquisition targets in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology disruption risks
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Coordinate with global policy teams on regulatory compliance for frontier technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ professionals
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from DARPA/NSF/NIH
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese/Korean for APAC market expansion
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least 3 patented technologies
