Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics with 10+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Managed $100M+ R&D budgets at FAANG or equivalent
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global partnerships
- Patent holder in at least 2 quantum encryption technologies
- Former TED speaker on human-machine symbiosis
