Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Author thought leadership papers on sustainable tech policy and innovation governance
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Partner with academic institutions to shape STEM curricula for 2030 workforce needs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on tech ethics or innovation economics
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or C++)
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TF) or Innovation Management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or Systems Engineering
