Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record in implementing quantum/AI initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals)
