Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Shape corporate innovation policies balancing exponential growth with ethical guardrails
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for high-impact R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech organizations
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity implications
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with business acumen certification
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks and exponential technology assessment
