Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate and acquire next-gen startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team of 8-12 specialists
- Drive sustainability tech initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 enterprise-level tech innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging biotech domains
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
