Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Manage innovation portfolios balancing high-risk/high-reward initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
