Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing integration initiatives across IoT, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Mentor AI ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years strategic experience
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants for frontier technology projects
- Deep understanding of singularity and AGI development pathways
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
