Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap spanning quantum computing, AR/VR integration, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams on future tech adoption
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge R&D
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web4.0 architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in enterprise environments (>$500M revenue impact)
- Certifications in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Architecture required
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
