Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for enterprise integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Partner with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
