Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our 2026 strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology management preferred
