Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational vision
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content and present at global innovation forums
- Manage technology incubation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including AI/ML, quantum computing, spatial computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption and future scenarios
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
