Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry partnerships with leading tech incubators and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or immersive tech
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in budget management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
