Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of executing future-focused roadmaps (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, decentralized systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
