Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO roles
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech with proven track record of commercialization
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers and researchers across multiple countries
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Tech Trends Analysis)
