Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap and innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and emerging technology trend analysis
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future technology concepts to C-suite and investors
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology domains
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Strong financial modeling for tech investments
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience with federal innovation grant programs
