- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics against projected timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development pipelines
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and advise compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures studies preferred
