Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-gen technologies including quantum algorithms and ethical AI frameworks
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 10+ technical specialists
- Drive intellectual property development through patent applications
- Monitor global tech landscape and identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $2M
