Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with agile methodologies
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Experience with emerging market analysis and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology publications preferred
