Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants ($1M+)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI development frameworks
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
