Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into commercial solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of academic, industry, and startup innovation partners
- Drive innovation culture through tech scouting and incubation programs
- Ensure ethical implementation and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
