- Mentor a team of 5-8 specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience in developing future-focused tech roadmaps (minimum 3-year horizon)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
