Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market trends
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business transformation goals
- Build strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
