- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-year implementation horizon

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive organizational change management for new technology integrations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or MBA with tech specialization
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning for technological disruption
