Responsibilities

- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present technology vision and implementation plans to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Build external partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
