Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum, bioinformatics)

- Analyze tech convergence trends and competitive landscapes for strategic positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investment allocation based on future market potential
- Mentor technical teams in next-gen technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
