Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption and digital transformation

- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching innovative tech products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience scaling teams and managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
