- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech pilot programs and measure ROI against strategic milestones
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on digital transformation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology specialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Academy) or innovation management preferred
