Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D initiatives with market needs and societal impact
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot phase with measurable KPIs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
