- Partner with VPs of R&D to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or blockchain
- Proven track record of launching commercial tech innovations
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
