Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats in emerging tech domains
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior technologists and foster innovation culture across teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
