- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to the executive board and investors
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused methodologies and innovation processes
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
