Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ R&D investments for future-focused projects
- Build and lead a world-class innovation lab team of 15+ specialists across engineering, design, and futurist domains
- Present strategic frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums as a Nexus thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futures research with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech products with 2025+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review) or patents in strategic tech areas
- Experience securing $100M+ in innovation funding through venture capital and corporate partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning) and tech roadmapping
