Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market adoption
- Develop technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons and implementation timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business growth objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pilot programs with measurable ROI metrics
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (demonstrated)
