Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and business strategists
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 executives and government innovation councils
- Design and execute innovation incubators with $10M+ annual budgets
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other global research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial viability
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization with >$50M impact
