Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget across 5-8 strategic projects
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior technologists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital
